SHIPPING:

The product will be shipped within 30 days.
Note: The delivery time is subject to your country's postal service.

CUSTOMS FEES

International Buyers Please Note:
If you order products from our site for international delivery, they may be subject to import duties and taxes when the delivery reaches the specified destination.
These charges are not included in the item's price and they are the buyer's responsibility.
We have no control over customs charges and cannot predict their amount.

WARRANTY:

We cover manufacturing defects found within 30 days after delivered. We will need proof (photos) of the damage to look into it with the delivery company.
We will not accept claims made after the deadline or without proof.
All of our products are tested before shipping
We do not cover problems due to misuse. We do not cover electrical wire breakage.
NOTE: We have developed a robust electrical system, which gives us the certainty that it will only be damaged if it is misused.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS POLICY:

Due to the nature of our business, all sales are final. After the order is made, it goes directly to production. No cancelations are possible.
We do not make refunds nor returns.
We do not exchange products.
Only products still under warranty will be exchanged if found to be faulty.

We take your privacy seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information.
Any personal information received will only be used to fill your order.
